Insights present a holistic view of how your apps and integrations are doing among your users. These analytics can be found under the Insights tab in your dashboard.

The data is based on the apps you have created and connected with. It also shares data on how your users are consuming tasks, integrating with other apps and the integrations created against templates. Here’s a deep dive into Insights so you know what exactly are you looking at.

Overall Performance

The top graph is the overall uptake of your app. This shows the number of users, templates,  and integrations over the period of time. It represents the absolute value of any variable at that time. To make things more clear, see the figure below.

The top left corner displays the app name. By clicking on the "Change" button next to the app name, you can select an app of your choice and see the performance for it. By default the view is on a monthly basis, you can change this to daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly from the top right corner. Also, you can select the date from the date range selector from the top right corner.

The graph is followed by a list, that displays the absolute values of a few parameters as shown below.

All these numbers reflect values given within the date range you’ve selected

Users: The number of users using the app

Templates: The templates created inside the app by you

Integrations: The number of integrations created against templates by your users

Apps: The number of apps your app is connected to

Tasks: The number of tasks your users have consumed

Weekly Growth Graph for Users

This chart shows the most popular apps among your users; meaning that it displays the number of integrations created against templates that are used most frequently, and compares them with other templates that aren't doing so good. This information is shown for your selected time range.

In the example above, the apps represented in gray are the ones that aren't being used frequently in integrations. The number of integrations against each app can be seen in the tooltip, by hovering over that app's color in the chart. In the example shown, Mailchimp's integration is leading with 24 unique integrations.
