What are Bundles?

A Bundle is a collection of templates. It may contain one or more than one templates. Bundles can be created to facilitate users with different requirements. Suppose you have integrated your app with HR apps, task managers and marketing automation apps. The users who manage their HR tasks and activities from inside your app might not want to see or be a part of drip campaigns integrations. We can create different bundles to incorporate the requirements of different users.

Using bundles you can manage your templates and show relevant templates to a user. The widget inside your app actually embeds a bundle, not a single Template. This is important so you can add more Templates later to the widget without additional work. Each bundle is identified by its ID referred to as a Bundle ID. Once a bundle is used by a user, Integry creates an instance of it called a Bundle Instance and it also has an ID.

The bundles inside your app can be viewed under the Bundles tab as shown below

A few Bundle important points are highlighted and explained below.

  1. Number of Templates: This is the count of templates inside the bundle.
  2. Number of Users: The count of unique users using this bundle.
  3. Number of Installs: The number of integrations setup using this bundle.

If you have multiple apps you can select the app you want to work on from the drop-down menu in the top right corner of the dashboard. This drop-down lists all of your apps. You only see bundles from the app selected. When you create a new bundle, it is also created in this app. This app selection persists between Templates and Bundles tabs.

When you click on a bundle from the list of bundles, you are directed to the Bundle page. You can update the bundle details or add a template as shown below.
